Emily is the newest and youngest member to join XDB but her youth, yet her youth is not a disadvantage; her talent and enthusiasm are invigorating. She has injected new life in the band and has motivated and empowered XDB to explore music they never tried before.

Bass players are often quiet and unassuming, preferring to blend into the background rather than take center stage. Not Emily! Whether playing something fast and driving or smooth and jazzy, Emily's stage presence is captivating and powerful, leaving audiences eager for more.

Emily started playing bass during high school and rapidly advanced. Initially a vocalist, she sought to broaden her musical skills. Her bass influences are Steve Harris and John Taylor, while her vocal inspirations include Dio, Lzzy Hale, Bruce Dickinson, and Amy Lee. She is constantly seeking to expand her musical horizons, as well as her bass and vocal skills. She is a passionate musician who thrives on challenges.

Passionate about inspiring the next generation of musicians, Emily also conducts workshops and masterclasses, sharing her expertise and love for the bass with aspiring players. Emily fosters creativity and confidence in her students, guiding them through the intricacies of both singing and playing bass. She strives to create an encouraging environment where they can express themselves freely and develop their unique musical voices.
